A friend told me the photographer is the most important decision you'll make regarding your wedding because once it's over, all you have is the pictures. After my own wedding, I completely agree with her and wouldn't hesitate to work with Josh again. In addition to taking amazing pictures, Josh is very well-organized. I booked him well in advance of the wedding and never had to worry about following up with him, which really helped with the planning process. He also delivered our pictures as promised without any worries after the wedding. At the wedding, he was unobtrusive but got all the right shots. The bridal party all commented that our group shots were the most painless they'd participated in, Josh knew exactly how to get everyone where he needed them quickly. We wanted both posed and candid shots and Josh gave us a great mix. What particularly stands out in all of them is Josh's eye for lighting and perspective, he knew just how to pose us to capture the best shots. I love our pictures and will treasure them forever

We could not be happier with the engagement photos that Josh Jones took of us. We were so nervous to be behind the lens at first and also worried that we would disappoint ourselves by not be photogenic enough to get some good shots. However, Josh made us feel so comfortable that by the end of the session we didn't even notice the camera and he was able to really capture us in our natural being with one another; which is just priceless. Everyone that has seen the photos have said they look like the photos you see right out of a magazine and they are right! Josh is very professional, easy to work with, he is on time (early I should say), response right back to you, does what he says he will do, and with all those great qualities he is also laid back, relaxed, kind, caring, fun, and funny. We are so excited for him to come back to Rochester, NY in August to join us for our wedding. If you want the best we would highly recommend you choosing Josh Jones to share your special day, whatever the occasion may be.

My husband and I are extremely happy with the outcome of our pictures that Josh Jones took for our wedding. Josh handled himself in an extremely professional manner. He was very accommodating to all of our wishes and flexible to our busy planning schedule. Josh was very creative with his shot selection especially since we did not have a lot of special requests. We liked Josh so much that we recommended him to a family member who was also pleased with his work at their wedding. We would recommend using Josh for any occasion!!

We used Josh as our wedding photographer, and were more than 200% suprised at the quality and professional service that we recieved from him. While looking around for wedding photographers, of course you go through the reviews to see what other people have to say about them, and I always heard people say "I never even noticed he was there". Well, let me tell you, that is the honest truth! You never see him, but if you need to find him because you want a certain shot, all you have to do is open your eyes, so to speak, and he is right there! He really is amazing. Not only that, but he is so easy to work with. He is very outgoing and energetic, and eagar to please. Whatever you want, he does; he doesn't do it "his way or no way". Our wedding day was completely about us, and Josh made us feel so special! We loved him! And he had so many great ideas of what to take pictures of. My favorites, are of course the ones that were not staged, that he just took without us knowing. That is the beautiful thing about him! And now that the wedding is over, and we are still sorting through pictures, he is still very easy to get a hold of and when we send him an email or give him a phone call, he gets back to us right away. We were very sad to see him leave Rochester, but wish him the best in Greenville, and you guys are really lucky out there. In my opinion, there is no choice when it comes to picking your wedding photographer...you have to choose Josh, so you are not disappointed. We definately are glad we did!

We just love Josh! He was always happy and fun and totally in the spirit of the day. We had great contact via email, the price is amazing, and the pics are great. All our guests had a blast with him as well, he fit in to the day seamlessly. Highly recommended.‎

If I could describe our experience with you I would say it was seamless. From the pre-planning to the final day everything was as stress free as possible. You were very flexible with when you could meet us as well as where. Given that our ceremony and reception were not near you, there was no problem accommodating our needs. You showed up early and stayed until our time expired, even checking with us before you left to make sure we got everything we wanted. I was also very impressed with the quickness that the pictures were available to us. I know of people whose weddings were before ours and they are still waiting for their wedding pictures. Once again you made every effort to get our pictures to us as quickly as possible. During the reception and ceremony the thing I was most impressed with was that you weren't intrusive at all. Looking back at some of the pictures I think "Where was Josh during that" or "How did he get that shot?". This doesn't mean that we didn't get all the pictures we wanted because we definitely did; however, I didn't feel like my whole day was spent trying to pose for pictures. I was very pleased with the overall experience and I am so thankful I have these pictures to look back. Like I said overall the experience was terrific and I would recommend you to anyone looking for a photographer. Thanks Josh!
